One item of huge importance is website code ownership.  Nearly every solution developed by BlueBolt is delivered under the premise that the client will own a copy of the website code (both web files and database).  This is an extremely important, and overlooked item, and the point of ownship is best made by legal contract.

Last thing...what service would be complete without some sort of basic 'warranty'?  BlueBolt clients nearly always receive (by contract, and by default...) a THIRTY (30) DAY WARRANTY ON BUG FIXES.  We want our clients to know that we stand behind our delivery, and are willing to vehemently support them when assistance is needed most.

So, basically, BlueBolt provides a tested, warrantied, solid website product, where all her clients own their own code, and are website deployment-ready upon delivery.
