Discovery Process

Any client 'Discovery' should be thorough...very exacting, and very detailed.

While there is no question that BlueBotl will dig in deep to scope a client project, the real discovery starts when with the project engagement.  In order to most fully understand clients, and assure a successful project, BlueBolt must review the client's competitors, internal processes, management structure, stakeholder's responsibilities, current pain points and difficulties, marketing methods, sales channels, Information Technology infrastructure, systems integration elements, and much more.

The key to know about BlueBolt's DISCOVERY PROCESS is that our intent is to learn as much as possible about our client's organization, in order to execute on the current project, and arrange for efficiencies going forward.
