This is the ethical way we want to do business.  An ecommerce solution owner should never feel as if they are held hostage by their web developer or hosting provider.

Advanced features are already built in, and tested
Not all packaged Ecommerce products are created equal!  We have met and talked to the creators of numerous Ecommerce solutions in our search for a product we would stand behind and customize for our clients.  Every clients' store is applied and integrated differently, so we need a solution flexible enough to meet the demands of the business rules put down by our clients.  Our clients have benefited in cost, functionality, usability, and 'time to market' from our team's research, and product scrutiny.

We do not require hosting on our servers and we do not require our clients purchase maintenance
These options are available (they work out well from a cost/value/work perspective), but are not required.  We are happy to talk to our clients about how we can help in these areas.

We do not require that our clients give us a portion of their online revenue after development of their site
In the past, we have, in fact, looked for partnership opportunities, but, BlueBolt does development work for hire, as a core competency.  We hope our clients feel that we represent a quality product in an affordable package, and, we don't feel the need to lure our clients with unfair, hard to understand, contract clauses. 

We seek longterm clients and mutually beneficial relationships
We are not just seeking approval and a quick website launch, and, we sincerely want to be helpful in a support role.  Our clients can expect us to call, check in, and make sure their solutions are performing.  They expect us to monitor performance (on our own) and to alert them of issues around visitor traffic and search engine optimizing functions.  We think they expect us to care about their overall online success.

We won't attempt to sell tools we wouldn't want to deploy for ourselves!
