The BlueBolt Partners decided long ago that the firm's staff should be direct employees, and not 'virtually' located.  Even if contractors are being used on any given project, those individuals are almost always required to spend their work time in the BlueBolt offices.  It may seem "old school", but, this is one of the key ways BlueBolt maintains its work quality.

In short, BlueBolt does no off-shoring, and little out-sourcing for client development projects.  While other development firms struggle with challenges inherent to off-site website development and production, BlueBolt has gone the other direction, and, feels strongly that keeping the staff in-house is a huge advantage for both BlueBolt, and its clients.

BlueBolt's headquarters is in a spacious loft in the River North area of Chicago, just north of the Chicago Loop.  The office is situated 2 blocks South/West of the Grand Avenue red line L-train stop, and one block North/East of the Merchandise Mart brown line L-train stop.
